Method of electing Judges should be by the vote of the people.
Tax Policy: Home Rule-We believe this home rule should be limited and that taxes should only be done as authorized by the South Carolina Legislature.
Discrimination & Affirmative Action: We do not believe in these as it creates preferential treatment which was not the intent of our founding fathers.
Property Rights of the United States 5th Amendment to the Constitution:
All "takings" of personal property should comply with Due Process and Just Compensation.
Marriage/Family: We believe in the traditional definition.
Healthcare; We believe in making individual choices of our doctors and treatment and not the government telling us what we can and cannot have done treatment-wise.
